Grace was blessed on Sunday. Michael's family that lives around came to the event. After church, I put Jane (Gracie's Grandma), Pamela (Gracie's aunt), Kylie (Gracie's cousin) and Carly (Gracie's aunt) to work chopping fruit and vegetables and pretty soon we had a nice lunch and visit while the dads took over watching the kids. Mom and Dad came down last month for a week originally for the blessing but we ended up having a last minute move that we couldn't have down without their tremendous help providing food (yummy Sea Food outings are always a benefit of Dad's visits), support, manual labor and paying for things here and there. I wasn't really blogging at first, but we sure appreciate the help people have given these last two months. Dad and Mom sent down constant help for the two weeks Mike was gone starting his MBA. Thank you so much Mom, Mary (Grace's cousin), Stephen (Grace's uncle) and Rachel (Grace's aunt). Dad was super nice and bought the Avalon that he originally gave us when we got a minivan. Mom, my friend Dawn and her mom all made sure Gracie has some darling clothes. I thought it was kind of funny that so many of the Conference speakers talked about sacrificing for your children. It's been such given with Mom and Dad. Gracie's aunt's were sweet to send girly clothes, Sandra Boynton books and diapers. Aunt Carly and her cuties made a special trip down to meet Gracie and make sure I was hanging in there. Mike's mom and Duane watched the boys for an afternoon and evening during the move, visited us with dinner in tow and had us up to their beautiful home. Friends from the ward and Melvin (Gracie's uncle) and Dallin (Grace's cousin) were so kind by helping with the move. Kind ward members brought over meals. All is much appreciated!
