Did any of you, like us, used to bank with Emigrant Direct? They used to have the nation's highest APY savings rate. They didn't bother telling us, but we recently learned that they no longer have the highest rate. Now, their "sister" bank, Dollar Savings Direct has the highest rate, currently 4.0% APY. Thought you might like to know.
Also, thought you might like to know that Ruth is considering taking up the occupation of car mechanic. She changed a burned out headlight on our car today. We are so proud of her!
